I’m Daniela, a fourth-generation chef from Abruzzo, Italy, and I was born into the kitchen. From rolling gnocchi with my nonna to shaping sourdough with the legendary “commarucce” in my family’s restaurant, food has always been my life. I cook professionally around the world, and am so happy to get to share with you, here, all my favourite recipes, step by step. You'll be learning simple, hearty Italian cooking that you can make at home - informed by techniques learnt over decades in the world's best kitchens (including my family restaurant in Sulmona 😉).
